Overnight Oats

The perfect alternative to yogurt and granola in the morning.



Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c rolled oats

  • 3/4 c milk

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/4 c blueberries

  • 1 banana, sliced

  • 1 tsp cocoa nibs

Directions:

Combine ingredients in a jar, stir well and refrigerate overnight. Ready to eat next morning!
