The Corona Killer

Plenty of booze and vitamin C to boost your immunity against the novel coronavirus.
The Corona Killer Cocktail
Prep time: 10 minutes. Yields: 4 servings.
Flesh of one mango
2/3 cup coconut rum
2/3 cup coconut milk
2/3 cup of dark rum
Juice of 1/2 an orange
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon Cointreau or orange liquer
Toasted coconut for rim (optional)
Lots of ice
1. Dip the rim of the cocktail glasses in OJ, then into toasted coconut.
2. To make layered cocktails, puree mango with dark rum and ice, pour into glasses first.
3. Rinse blender, and blend together coconut milk, coconut rum, ice and sugar. Pour into glass over the back of a spoon.
4. Finally squeeze the juice of half an orange and mix together with 1 tablespoon of cointreu, use this mixture to top off each cocktail. Cheers!
